17:00 – Grand Opening Toast
A ceremonial start of the festival with first sips and a welcome speech under golden Istrian skies.
17:00 – 22:00 – Wine Tasting Pavilion
Dozens of wineries, hundreds of labels – all in one elegant open-air setting. Sip, discover, enjoy.
18:00 — Masterclass: “Wines that Changed the Game”
A professional-only seated tasting session led by a legendary winemaker. Pre-registration required.
20:15 — Sunset Sabrage Ceremony
Raise your glass as the sun dips below the Adriatic — a dramatic sabrage celebration with live storytelling.
21:00 – 22:00 — The Midnight Affair (Invitation Only)
A hidden tasting experience in an undisclosed location on site — limited spots, revealed during the day. Elegant, quiet, magical.
22:00 – 00:00 — Wine Party powered by [Spirit Brand]
DJ Alex takes over. Expect dancing, cocktails, and branded surprises. Entry with any festival ticket.
